REDLINED Rules of the Board of Supervisors Section 18. With respect to protocol and time limits on public presentations at meetings: (a) No person shall address the Board until they have first been recognized by the Chairperson. The decision of the Chair to recognize or not recognize a person may be changed by order of the Board.
