Approve waiver of the requirement under Board of Supervisors Policy 3.68.2 that an "eligible organization" be a nonprofit organization defined by Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code or a government entity. b. Approve County sponsorship of SNAIL via their fiscal agent the City of Sunnyvale in the amount of $500 from the Supervisorial District Three allocation in the Office of the Clerk of the Board Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget, to support the National Night Out event.
