FISCAL IMPLICATIONS There is no additional impact to the General Fund as a result of this action. The total cost of approximately $12,000 ($3,000 per person), including conference fees, transportation, hotel, and meals, will be funded from a Department of Planning and Development trust fund account maintained on behalf of the Planning Commission. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION The County Travel Policy requires prior approval from the Board of Supervisors for travel by members of County Commissions.
