(4/5 Vote) FISCAL IMPLICATIONS There is no net impact to the General Fund as a result of the recommended action, because the additional revenues are offset by additional expenditures. CONTRACT HISTORY The County and the City of San Jose have a long history of agreements. The agreement in this Legislative File was executed on October 18, 2024 and relates to the 2024 Edward Byrne Justice Assistance Grant (JAG).
