FISCAL IMPLICATIONS There is no fiscal impact to the General Fund as a result of the Recommended Action. The Mosquito and Vector Control District (District) is funded through two benefit assessments levied on parcels in Santa Clara County and placed in a special fund. The District fully reimburses the General Fund for any work performed by County employees. The 1996 assessment in the amount of $5.08 for a single-family home is a fixed amount annually.
