(4/5 Vote) FISCAL IMPLICATIONS Implementation of the recommended action will have a one-time positive impact to the General Fund in the amount of $300,135 and will increase and the Public Health Department - Environmental Health Branch’s special revenue fund 0030 budget by $9,054 for their portion of enforcement costs.
