Rosen, District Attorney SUBJECT: Family Justice Center Grants RECOMMENDED ACTION Approve Request for Appropriation Modification No. 134 - $160,000 increasing estimated revenue and expenditure appropriations in the Office of the District Attorney budget, relating to existing victim advocate work as part of the three Family Justice Centers. (4/5 Vote) FISCAL IMPLICATIONS There is no net effect on the General Fund as a result of the recommended action. New revenue recognized as part of the recommended action will be used to reimburse the General Fund for expenditures associated with existing Victim Advocate work as part of the three Family Justice Centers. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION The recommended action will recognize revenue associated with second-tier subaward agreements that have been executed with Asian Americans for Community Involvement (AACI), Community Solutions, and YWCA Golden Gate Silicon Valley.
