FISCAL IMPLICATIONS Approval of this action will have no impact on the General Fund, as the expenditure will come from the Asset Forfeiture Proceeds Fund (Fund 336) and an internal transfer from Office of Santa Clara Supervisor Otto Lee, approved on April 14, 2026 (Item 39). Sufficient funds are available in the District Attorney’s Office 2025-2026 Adopted Budget for Fund 336 to cover this expense.
