FOR DESIGNATED UST OPERATOR SERVICES This First Amendment (“First Amendment”) to the Master Service Agreement (“Agreement”) by and between Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District (“DISTRICT”), and Service Station Systems, Inc., (“CONTRACTOR”) (collectively, the “Parties”), shall be retroactively effective as of January 31, 2026. RECITALS WHEREAS, on March 9, 2021, DISTRICT entered into an Agreement with CONTRACTOR for designated underground storage tank (UST) operator services; and, WHEREAS, the Parties now desire to amend the Agreement to extend the term through January 31, 2028, with three optional one-year extensions.
