CFPD-2026-2 : Adopt Resolution of the Board of Directors of the Santa Clara County Central Fire Protection District finding that the real property located at 765 Fremont Avenue and 10 Almond Avenue, Los Altos, California (portions of Assessor's Parcel Nos. 189-16-033 and 170-43-005) serves a fire protection service purpose and is exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act; approving the transfer of the property; and, approving a delegation of authority to the Fire Chief, or designee, to negotiate and execute the Property Transfer Agreement to acquire the Property and all other agreements and documents necessary or required for the consummation of the transfer, including but not limited to the Certificate of Acceptance, Easement and License Agreements, and Escrow Instructions, following approval by County Counsel as to form and legality, and approval by the Office of the County Executive. Delegation of authority shall expire on June 30, 2027. California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA): Exempt pursuant to Sections 15301 and 15320 of the CEQA Guidelines.
