Williams, County Executive SUBJECT: Monthly Status Report: Referrals and Information Requests RECOMMENDED ACTION Receive monthly status report relating to information requests and referrals to Administration. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION AND BACKGROUND For many years, Administration has provided summary information on outstanding referrals and requests to Administration and County departments made at Board of Supervisors meetings through a monthly status report. In addition, Administration provides a supplemental matrix of requests originating from the Board’s five Policy Committees. This supplemental report is attached and includes requests from the Board Policy Committees through June 30, 2026. At the February 25, 2025 Board meeting (Item No. 16), the Board approved a request from Supervisor Ellenberg to have each Board Member independently review the list of all current referrals and requests from Board of Supervisors meetings and Board Policy Committee meetings.
