FISCAL IMPLICATIONS There is no net fiscal impact to the General Fund associated with the approval of the recommended action. If the grant is awarded, the Office of the District Attorney (DAO) will return to the Board with recommended budget actions for approval, with the anticipation that additional revenues would be offset by additional expenditures. CONTRACT HISTORY The DAO has a history of grant agreements with the California Department of Justice. However, this is a new funding opportunity.
