Adopt Resolution delegating authority to the County Executive, or designee, to negotiate, execute, amend, terminate, and take all necessary advisable actions relating to the Grant Agreement for the 2026 CTFGP funded through the State Budget Act and administered by the CHP in an amount not to exceed $408,499 for period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, following approval by County Counsel as to form and legality, and approval by the Office of the County Executive.
