RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SANTA CLARA ADOPTING THE BUDGET OF THE COUNTY AND SPECIAL DISTRICTS AND OTHER ENTITIES UNDER THE BOARD’S SUPERVISION AND CONTROL FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 WHEREAS, in accordance with the procedure authorized by the County Budget Act (see Government Code section 29000 et seg.), the County Executive previously submitted to the Board of Supervisors a recommended budget for the County of Santa Clara and for special districts and other entities whose affairs and finances are under the Board’s supervision and control for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 (“Recommended Budget”); WHEREAS, on June 15, 2026, the Board adopted a Resolution approving the Recommended Budget in accordance with Government Code section 29064; WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Board has published a notice of a budget hearing pursuant to Government Code section 29080 and County Ordinance Code section A7-7, stating that: (a) the County Executive’s Recommended Budget is available to members of the general public; (b) on June 15, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., in the Chambers of the Board of Supervisors located at 70 West Hedding Street, San José, California, the Board will...
