(Arenas) FISCAL IMPLICATIONS There is a one-time cost of $10,000. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION The grant in the amount of $10,000 is proposed by Supervisor Arenas to be used in support of SIREN's programs aimed at increasing access to Know Your Rights education and preparedness resources and materials for youth and families, as well as youth engagement and leadership development opportunities that build skills in advocacy, civic engagement, and community organizing.
