FISCAL IMPLICATIONS The estimated cost described here is the incremental cost, not the total cost of the tentative agreement. That is, it is the cost that are estimated to be incurred in addition to current costs. There is no cost in Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 to implement the tentative agreement. There is a one-time cost of approximately $12,156,086 in FY 2026-2027 to implement the tentative agreement. The County Executive intends to propose a Revised Recommendation for FY 2026-2027 in June 2026 to fund the cost of this tentative agreement with offsetting reductions....
