FISCAL IMPLICATIONS The estimated cost described here is the incremental cost, not the total cost of the tentative agreement. That is, it is the cost that are estimated to be incurred in addition to current costs. There is no cost in Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026 to implement the tentative agreement.
