NS-5.27 RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF EMPLOYEES The Board of Supervisors of the County of Santa Clara ordains as follows: SECTION 1: Notwithstanding the provisions of NS-5.27, the salaries for all classifications represented by Deputy Sheriff's' Association of Santa Clara County (DSA), including extra help, and Deputy Sheriff Cadet - U and classifications in District Attorney Investigators’ Association (DAIA) and SEIU Local 521 where the salaries are tied by labor contract to DSA, shall be increased by 4%.
