Approve the terms of Tentative Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Service Employees' International Union Local 2015, representing independent providers of In-Home Supportive Services for period October 1, 2026 through January 31, 2029, and authorize the County Executive, or designee, to execute the MOA, that has been reviewed and approved by County Counsel as to form and legality.
