Approve delegation of authority to the County Executive, or designee, to extend, amend, amend and restate, terminate, and take any and all other actions that are necessary or advisable in connection with an agreement with the African American Cultural Center and EAH Housing, or their affiliate(s), for an option to ground lease certain property located at 2001 The Alameda in the City of San Jose for a term not to extend beyond August 31, 2031, following approval by County Counsel as to form and legality, and approval by the Office of the County Executive. Delegation of authority shall expire on December 31, 2031. (LA)
