Approve delegation of authority to the County Executive, or designee, to negotiate, execute, amend, or terminate amendments to Agreement No. CW2221194 (formerly Agreement No. 5500002438) with SAP Ariba relating to providing Ariba Cloud subscription service and related support services in an amount not to exceed $28,240,680, and a contract term that started on September 1, 2014 and ends no later than August 31, 2028, following approval by County Counsel as to form and legality, and approval by the Office of the County Executive. Delegation of Authority shall expire on August 31, 2028. (LA)
