FISCAL IMPLICATIONS There are no fiscal implications associated with the receipt of this report. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION During the September 24, 2024, Board of Supervisors (Board) meeting (Item No. 8f), the Board delegated authority to the County Executive or their designee to negotiate, execute, amend, assume, and/or terminate contracts, amendments, assignments, leases, licenses, or other documentation relating to the County’s purchase of Regional Medical Center (RMC) and related assets (Delegation of Authority, or DOA).
