Delegation of authority shall expire on June 30, 2031. FISCAL IMPLICATIONS There are no fiscal implications associated with approving the delegation of authority. Funds for the actual affiliation agreements, once executed, will be covered by Santa Clara Valley Healthcare’s (SCVH) Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget for services and supplies.
