(LA) FISCAL IMPLICATIONS The recommended action, if approved, would not require modification to the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 Board-approved budget for Santa Clara Valley Healthcare (SCVH). Funds to support the agreement are included in the appropriation for services and supplies. Additionally, this amendment aligns with SCVH’s planned transition away from a separate perfusion services arrangement that concludes in April 2026, which carried a monthly spend of approximately $63,260, and its conclusion will partially offset the increased costs associated with this amendment.
