FISCAL IMPLICATIONS Approval of the recommended action would result in a cost of approximately $2,868 for Fiscal Year (FY) 2025-2026, $18,343 in FY 2026-2027 (ongoing) in the Behavioral Health Services Department. These costs will be offset by a reduction in the department’s Services and Supplies budget. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION AND BACKGROUND In December 2023, the Behavioral Health Services Department submitted an executiveinitiated classification study to evaluate whether the incumbent was appropriately classified as a Program Manager III.
