(4/5 Vote) (Lee) FISCAL IMPLICATIONS This action would have no net fiscal impact, as it utilizes funding that is currently budgeted for the expenses of the Office of Santa Clara County Supervisor Otto Lee. REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION This Departmental transfer to the District Attorney’s office would provide support for Saturday Night lights. The 2025 pilot program, reached an estimated 218 unduplicated youth participants across two sites. At LeyVa Middle School, outcomes were especially strong, with 100% of 8th graders promoted to high school, including four students identified as at risk.
