FISCAL IMPLICATIONS The recommended action will not have an impact on the County General Fund. The decrease to the revenue estimate resulting from a reduction to the Senate Bill (SB) 129 Statewide Pretrial Program is offset by a corresponding reduction to the Office of Pretrial Services’ services and supplies expenditure allocation.
