(Employee Services Agency) REASONS FOR RECOMMENDATION Diana Reynolds has been a long-time contributor to the County of Santa Clara and has retired after 20 years of dedicated service. Details of her public service are outlined in the commendation. STEPS FOLLOWING APPROVAL The Office of Clerk of the Board is requested to contact Erika Lopez from the Employee Services Agency to arrange to pick up one executed copy of the framed commendation. WHEREAS, Diana Reynolds began her career with the County of Santa Clara in 2005 with the Employec Services Agency, and subsequently served in other departments, including the Social Services Agency and the Office of the County Executive, before returning to the Employee Services Agency, where she concluded her distinguished career in the department where it began; WHEREAS, throughout her 20 years of dedicated service, Diana demonstrated professionalism, responsiveness, and a steadfast commitment to supporting the County organization and its workforce; WHEREAS, throughout her tenure with the Employee Services Agency, Diana played a critical role in overseeing countywide recruitments, including executive-level recruitments, ensuring the integrity, fairness, and excellence of the County’s hiring processes; WHEREAS, during her service with the Social Services Agency, Diana served as an Eligibility Worker for four years, directly assisting members of the community with essential services and demonstrating compassion, professionalism, and dedication to public service; WHEREAS, in her final role as Program Manager for Employee Engagement and Organizational Development within the...
