California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA): Categorical exclusion under NEPA in accordance with 23 CFR 771.117 and exempt from CEQA pursuant to Sections 15301 and 15303 of the CEQA Guidelines.
